1. Conductor: Anneal bare copper; Conductor line diameter: 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm;
2. Pairs: Mini 5pairs, max 800 pairs
3. Insulated single line: Solid polyolefin insulated single line. The insulated lines are separated by 10 colors according to the standard requirements.
4. Insulated pair lines: Wring two single lines together with different pitches according to the chromatogram composition that required.
5. Cable core cover belts: The cable core is covered by polyester film or film belts, and wrapped steadily by the polyester yarn.
6. Layer: The shielding layer is covered by the low density polyethylene film which contains the 0.5% carbon black in it, thus formed a good dam-proof layer.
